A lovely house in a quiet area. We were lucky with the weather so were out every day and it was good to have such a comfortable house to come back to.

Absolutely loved staying at Capel y Ffynnon.

Absolutely loved staying at Capel y Ffynnon. The property is very spacious and decorated so well. It is a little bit off the beaten track but it us so easy to reach Conway, Llandudno, Rhos-On-Sea and Bodnant Gardens. A very comfortable property with a lovely lounge, comfortable beds and superb kitchen. The central heating was very efficient, it was always warm when we got "home". Will definitely be returning soon .

A nice house in a good location with everything you may need for a great holiday. The downstairs bathroom could do with a little TLC to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the property but other than that the house is excellent.

Beautiful property

This property is so lovely. Its a bit of a narrow lane to get to it so that's the only reason I gave the location 4 stars. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt like it was recently refurbished, so comfortable, spacious and relaxing with lovely friendly neighbours. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. I would stay there again. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in the house and jonathon and Gary have done a fab renovation and were most accommodating to us. Minor adjustments could include a few more kitchen touches, such as kitchen roll, salt and pepper etc and the bathrooms would benefit from toilet brushes and shower dispensers. Bathrobes in the wardrobes would be lovely also. The lights were very bright in the kitchen and living area, so if they could be dimmed, that would be better. A Christmas tree at this time of year would also have been a nice touch. We realise that the house is in the early stages of letting, so hope the comments are taken as constructive. Will definitely be back and thankyou for our lovely holiday!
