The living/dining room features a double sofa bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and a TV, leading out to a small balcony measuring 5 square meters, also south-facing. The balcony is furnished for your convenience. The apartment has one additional room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long).

The apartment is well-equipped with practical furnishings, including a kitchenette with induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a supply of Senseo capsules for the coffee machine.
