This spacious apartment is part of a detached multi-family building located on the ground floor, with an unobstructed view of the vast valleys. It consists of an entryway/hallway, a kitchen with modular cabinets (equipped with a dishwasher and oven), a sofa, and a TV. Living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, TV, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub). A sunny south-facing terrace off the kitchen, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

In Locana, near the sunny hamlet of Roncore (Superiore), at an elevation of 670 metres above sea level, is our spacious apartment, used as a holiday home and designed as a tourist destination for hikers, families with children, and seniors, year-round... The most sought-after destinations are the nature trails in the Gran Paradiso National Park, which begin right near the property.
These trails not only mark a route but also symbolise the historical and religious culture of our mountains’ history. From the trail that begins next to the chapel dedicated to St. John the Baptist, passing through the forest known as "Corbetto"—from which it takes its name—you can reach Lake Eugio, Lake Nero, and finally, at the foot of Mount Moncimour, the vast basin that holds Lake Gelato. Along the way, you’ll pass through the hamlets of Balmetta, Vesolo, and La Pezza—the birthplaces of the family’s ancestors—which bear the marks of time and the history of the people who once lived there.
