Beautiful location

We loved the location - on the beach, lovely restaurants and friendly village. The apartment has a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy breakfast looking at the ocean or an afternoon nap. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The flat was very well equipped and organised. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Even the sofa bed was amazing! The best sofa bed we have ever slept on, Comfortable and spacious, and excellent, beautiful location. The property agents/owner's were very courteous and friendly and communicated regularly. We will definitely recommend and will return!

A gem of a town

Perfect!

This is a beautifully appointed, perfectly located holiday home. It is brilliantly equipped with everything you might need plus lots of little thoughtful touches that I’ve never seen before in 20 odd years of self catering abroad. Olhos is perfect for couples and families. We loved sitting on the terrace enjoying our g and t’s watching the world go by. Would love to return one day.

Great apartment

Always worry not booking package deals but everything went as it should. Good communication from host, location was brilliant above a nice restaurant with many more in the vicinity. Live music is played until 11 but it’s nice to sit on the balcony and listen and watch the world go by. Apartment itself very spacious, everything there that you possibly need , balcony very big with sunbeds and table and chairs. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay, waiting to return next year

a great apartment in the cove that runs down to the seaside; great access to a beach and the trails along the cliff sides that run between towns. We stayed in February and there were few people, so quite enjoyable! Apartment is well laid out for comfort and space separation, Host was very helpful!

Paradise in Portugal

We had a wonderful experience. Firstly the apartment is outstanding, beautiful deck with morning sun, literally 50 yards from beach, and restaurants, shopping all within walking distance. Just a joy to stay in!! Communication with Joao was fantastic with great recommendations for restaurants, shopping and sites. Can't say enough about the location and its owners......thank you so much.

Great holiday with a view of the beach from awesome deck

We had a great holiday and appreciated communication with Joao. The condo is very well organized with a great balcony with a view of the ocean. The only inconvenience is the music at night but you adjust to it.

Lovely Apartment in Olhos D'Agua

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Extremely well equipped, wanted for nothing. Very clean and homely. Our host Joao was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. We were able to have an early check in which was great for us and we could have left our luggage on the day of departure if needed. Loved our stay thank you.

Lovely apartment in great location

Joao gave us advice on where to go, eat, etc. He promptly answered all our questions. The appartment is in a great location and has everything you need to make the stay comfortable. It is spotless and we even had a mid visit extra clean which was wonderful. The picture of the balcony doesn’t do it justice - we spent a lot of our time on it watching the world go by!

Fabulous apartment, so close to the beach and restaurants

We had seen properties in this apartment block before, but they always book very quickly. This time were lucky, and we were not disappointed. The apartment is really spacious and so well equipped with everything you could need. It was super clean and ready for us early because we had spoken to Joao prior to arrival. I cannot fault this lovely accomodation, the outside space is probably the biggest of all the front facing apartments and fully equipped for outside dining and sunbathing.

Perfect Family Holiday

This apartment has everything we needed for a really fun & relaxing two week stay. The kitchen is well equipped and rooms are clean.The balcony is spacious with a view of the sea, and has a really friendly bustling atmosphere, close to shops, restaurants and bars, which was great for our 5 year old & his little legs! The pool is great, clean and spacious, with a ' baby pool'. There are steps up to the pool but these are fine, and there are great views. The beach is lovely. Our host Joao couldn't have been more helpful, he really made sure that all was ok & even checked in by email during the holiday which was a really nice touch. We enjoyed every minute of our stay & especially Olhos de Agua, a beautiful part of Portugal. We hope to be back

Excellent holiday!

This property is lovely and perfectly situated in the heart of the village. Whilst there are bars with live music very close by, it didn't keep us awake at night. The terrace area of the apartment is fantastic - it's really big with enough room for sunbeds. We stayed in September and the sun shone on the terrace all morning until around 12.30-1pm and then it was fully shaded. We loved sitting there and watching the world go by. The pool area is nice and I often had the area to myself during our stay (I think this is because the beach is two minutes away). The pool amenities could be improved. There were only 4-5 very old plastic sunbeds available, however half of them were broken and only one parasol. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Joao was fantastic and answered all queries promptly.

Joao, der Vermieter, hat mit seinen Informationen für eine reibungslose und komfortable Anreise gesorgt. Das geräumige Appartement war blitzsauber, der Meerblick vom fantastisch möblierten Balkon überwältigend.Die Bars in der Nähe sorgen mit ihren Alleinunterhaltern für gute Stimmung und laden zum Mitfeiern ein.
