About this property

Set in the quiet wooded grounds of Penstowe Manor, an ideal position to visit north & east coast of Cornwall /Devon. ,to have a lazy holiday or a walking or cycling break.
No 8 has a large, grassed area in front of no 8 giving your children freedom to play and still be visible from the lodge .Free car parks short walk from no 8.
The lodge is fully equipped for a family holiday, special attention is paid to your comfort, all beds have mattress and hygienic covers. My cleaner attends after each guest have left,to changd bed linen & generly clean No 8 .
The north coast beaches are famous for surfing & their rugged coastal paths & beautiful scenery.
Kilkhampton village is a walk away ,with Bude a drive away.
Bookings are only taken Saturday to Saturday

8 The Coombe is a detached privately owned property, fully equipped for all the family to relax, in peaceful park land, safe grassed area for children to play. Sleeps 4/5 short distance from Kilkhampton Village boasting of chippy, pubs & small independent shops approx. 6 miles from Bude 2.5 from nearest beach. The rugged North Cornwall coast has many small coves to explore, & for the more active great waves for surfing, walking, and visiting nature reserves, an ideal location to visit other Devon /Cornwall interesting places.Well behaved dogs are welcome.Beds are made up for your arrival .Bookings taken Friday to Friday.
Up a short path you will find The Manor House (under new owners) it is undergoing a refurbishment, At present has nightly free entertainment, pool tables, amusement, arcades & bars, with plans for far more attractions to follow.
Penstowe Leisure Centre (under new owners) as a member, 8 The Coombe’s guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool, attend the gym, have a snack & I understand other facilities will be opened shortly i.e., squash, tennis etc.
