Nissaki Lilium Luxury Apartment

Lilium Luxury Apartment is a modern holiday apartment perfectly located just 100m from the beach of Nissaki with its crystal clear water, a couple of steps from excellent waterfront tavernas, supermarket, bus stop and just 50m away from a swimming pool complex (open to the public). It is definitely the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking for luxury as well as high value for money in an exclusive location virtually on the waterfront without the need to rely constantly on a car. Sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, Lilium Luxury Apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price), beautifully furnished, set to impress for its space, atmosphere and breathtaking views to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, next to the property, there is also an independently run swimming pool complex with bar and restaurant which is open to the public (opening dates - usually end of may until beginning of october - and entrance requirements may vary).



The apartment is set on the first and upper floor of a small corfiot traditional building. Entrance via the large private sea-facing terrace is onto the open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen area. There area armchairs (satellite TV, wi-fi internet), useful kitchen corner, dining table. There are 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with amazing sea-views (as well as balcony doors leading to the panoramic terrace) and a twin, sharing a family bathroom with shower.



Outside, apart from the large terrace with stunning views to the sea (furnished with dining table and chairs for unforgettable al-fresco meals) there is a large built-in barbecue reserved for the guests of our apartments as well as a shared laundry room.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per apartment per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

The place was good overall, but for the same price I’ve stayed in much nicer places in Nissaki. The view was definitely the highlight. The balcony is lovely with places to hang washing outside too and a couple of cats will also come and say good morning! Place is situated next to everything you need, bus stop, food shop, nice restaurants and beach only a min walk. Unfortunately, the WiFi only worked intermittently, the bed wasn’t great and the washing machine was located outside, no pods provided, so you need to bring your own. The checkout experience also wasn’t great — the cleaners came by twice before the 10am checkout time, once at 9:30am while I was still showering, and again at 9:50am, which felt quite intrusive. Because of this, we decided to leave early.

Lovely place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The view from the terrace was spectacular - on one evening we have even see the dolphins! The host was very responsive and helpful when we had some issues with Aircon - we had a late visit from the sweetest yaya which was trying to fix it. The neighbourhood was also amazing - few shops, restaurants, tiny beaches with crystal clear water. For us renting a car was a must, the village is very narrow with limited parking space so be aware of it, but very close is a main road so you can park there. Thank you!

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick! Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten und auch Seife und Duschgel wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders komfortabel fanden wir, dass zweimal in der Woche die Handtücher getauscht wurden und die gesamte Wohnung gereinigt wurde.Für ältere oder in der Bewegung eingeschränkte Menschen ist die Wohnung nicht gut geeignet, da man sehr viele Treppen hinauf steigen muss, was mit den Koffern etwas beschwerlich war. Nissaki ist ein winziges Örtchen, hat aber eine traumhafte kleine Steinbucht, kleine Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung der der Wohnung und mehrere Bars und Restaurants direkt am Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch ein Ausflug mit einem kleinen Boot aus einem der beiden Bootsverleih am Strand.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle depuis la grande terrasse d'où on peut admirer les couchés de soleil. La maison ainsi que la terrasse sont bien équipées, climatisation des chambres indispensables et fonctionnelles lors des fortes chaleur du mois d'août. Merci Maria pour votre disponibilité. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ruhe, die wir gesucht haben, haben wir definitiv gefunden. Die Betreuung und der Service waren einwandfrei. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat, hat man viele Möglichkeiten die Insel zu erkunden. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Supermärkte vor Ort sind leider etwas teuer, aber in den etwas weiter entfernten größeren Supermärkten kann man zu normalen Preisen einkaufen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank!

Logement au calme avec une splendide vue sur la mer à admirer dès le lever du soleil. Proche de la mer et des criques où l'eau est très claire et chaude, un vrai bonheur! Quelques petits restaurants à proximité avec vue sur mer: agréables pour prendre un petit déjeuner et même en fin de journée pour passer une bonne soirée. La personne qui s'occupe du ménage est très gentille, serviable et fait tout pour notre confort: très appréciable!
