The Studio has been recently renovated and is modernly arranged. It is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, all necessary dishes and utensils) with a dining area and a bathroom with shower.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studioapartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 300 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

High-end vacation!

A great accommodation on a perfect location – everything is within a walking reach. The street is very quiet and cool, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning once. Our host Alessia was very responsive and helpful and went an extra mile to have us checked in earlier because we arrived too early. Definitively recommended, will visit again!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The apartment is in a great location - right in the center, but in a very quiet street. The space is tastefully designed and offers everything, that one needs for a few relaxed days. Igor is a welcoming, helpful and flexible host. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Amazing apartment in central position, the view from the window on the typical rovinj's alley was breathtaking. The only lack was the missing showering products that i thought they were given.

Glorious residence!

Casa Wau is amazing. It’s cozy trendy and all the appliances worked well. And we’re also up to date. We would recommend anyone to go here. I do think you pay more than some other apartments but it is well worth it.

Beautiful renovated! Great location! And really clean. The only thing was that it was really noisy. It was lacking insolation. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Brilliant service!

Great central location, within walking distance of everything. Quiet side street. Nice apartment, looked newly renovated. Parking was a bit of a hassle, had to move car multiple times outside old city walls. Still, highly recommend this apartment.

I had such a lovely stay at Casa wau Malaika in Rovinj! The apartment is really cute and cozy. It’s a stylish studio with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Everything feels newly renovated and thoughtfully designed, with a mix of charm and modern touches. The location couldn’t be better ...right in the heart of Rovinj, in a beautiful old town street, just steps away from everything. It’s perfect if you want to be close to the center while still enjoying a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The bed was excellent, the amenities were all in place, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The host was also incredibly helpful, assisting me with check-in and sharing great recommendations, which made everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rovinj, it’s truly one of the best places you can stay in the town!

This charming room is located near the center of historic district but off the beaten path so it is private and charming. Family run cafes around many corners provide morning coffees and intimate evening meals. The 10-minute walk to the famous Euphemia-topped church on limestone paths is enjoyable any time of day and directly below it are the swimming areas—well designed with nooks for lounging and ladders for easy access in and out of the Adriatic. We were very glad we stayed 5 days to enjoy ample strolling, swimming, pizza and gelato. The comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchenette allowed for post-swimming naps and in-room snacks and coffees.

Special place!

Jättefint och rent boende mitt i centrum. Många bra restauranger i närheten. Cirka 20 minuters promenad till den finare stranden. Alessia var väldigt välkomnande och flexibel med incheckning, det går dock inte att lämna väskorna i förväg om man kommer tidigare än incheckningstid. Kommer gärna tillbaka i framtiden!

Wunderschönes Apartment mitten in Rovinj. Durch die liebevolle Einrichtung haben wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich top!
