Charming cottage with pool, in a former farm Drôme.

At the edge of the village of Upie, a restored farmhouse home in his old silk this cozy cottage tastefully decorated. Adjoining the owners, its entry is independent and east-facing terrace, barbecue and private garden not overlooked. The property is situated on 3000m2 garden shaded by large mulberry trees, wooded and fleuri..Nombreuses varieties of old roses ...
On the ground floor, living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace and garden + small laundry area.
1 separate wc.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: Safran (140 bed)
and Iris (bed 140 + bed 90) each with privative bathroom and WC. Beds made on arrival.
We have chosen to renewable energy for this cottage with a pellet boiler and solar hot water at will.
Swimming pool south of 11m x 3.50m (shared with the owners). Fully enclosed.
If your car is required for site visits and other rides, you can do your daily shopping in the village on foot! Nearby you will find a U grocery store, a tobacconist, a pharmacy. Farms around sell their productions, (bio!)
VTC loan to travel the marked circuits of "The Drôme by bike". Rafting and canoeing in the Drôme nearby for lovers ...
In summer, numerous events and festivals around. Grignan, Crest etc ...

Great place and friendly property manager

We had a wonderful stay at the gîte du Mas des Clots. The place is very clean, has everything you need to cook and is very private. The property manager is very friendly.

Nice Guesthouse with a wonderful Pool

Genevièves Guesthouse is very nice, very well equipped and quiet with a beautiful Garden, you almost don´t notice the street. The Kids loved the Pool. Geneviève is there if you need her but gives you the privacy you are looking for. Next to the property is a pharmacy and a supermarket which is very helpful.

Beautiful and convenient location

We spent a very hot week with friends at Le Mas les Clots. It is a delightful location off the beaten track and close to the Vecors National Park with its spectacular scenery. The Gite was lovingly restored by Genevieve and her family some years ago. It is tastefully furnished and very well equipped - down to the last detail! The mature garden provides shade and is accessible to the Gite. there are lots of little sitting areas within the garden. The real gem is the swimming pool... We cycled through the pretty villages in the early morning, swam in the pool several times a day and visited the restaurants in the neighbouring villages. We would recommend L'Auberge D'Allex in the village of Allex as one of the best. Not only is the supermarket next door useful but we found an excellent farm shop on the back road to Crest - about 7 km away. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday.

Zwembad én tuin vormen mooie en leuke setting. Verblijf is proper doch outdated. Host is zeer discreet doch niet communicatief. Niet oprecht gastvrij maar wel discreet. Op het einde verblijf nog rekening voor opkuis gekregen terwijl bij boeking vermeld wordt dat er geen additionele kosten naast de boeking zijn…

Séjour parfait !

Agréable séjour dans une maison au calme, propre et bien décorée dans l'esprit provençal. La propriétaire est très prévenante et discrète. La piscine et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Je recommande cette location.

Très agréable week end

La location est conforme aux photos très bien équipée avec une ambiance maison de famille. On s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. Le jardin dispose de nombreux espaces de détente, la piscine est très belle et notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique tout en étant discrète.

Très beau gîte dans un cadre végétal très agréable

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Notre charmante hôtesse a su nous aider dans la découverte de cette très belle région. Elle a fait preuve de disponibilité avec gentillesse et discrétion. Très belle piscine. Magnifique jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Un jardin aux oiseaux à 1 km à ne pas rater.

Maison confortable entourée d'un jardin bucolique et d'une magnifique piscine

Belle découverte d'Upie et sa région, sous le soleil ! La maison est très agréable et le jardin, riche en arbres, plantes et fleurs variés, entretenu et agencé avec beaucoup de goût, avec tous ses recoins, est idéal pour se reposer ! Magnifique piscine au bord de laquelle il est très agréable de s'installer.

Excellent séjour à Upie. Nous avons eu des infos claires, précises par l'annonce et de la part de notre hôte. Tout c'est vérifié. Superbe cadre, calme, arboré et verdoyant, Merci à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. Gite parfait correspondant au descriptif. belle pièce en rdc et 2 belles chambres au 1er avec chacune une sde et wc. Nous sommes prêts à revenir.
