The ‘Vila Del Pi’ is located in the Sant Jordi d'Alfama residential area, just 300 meters from Cala Sant Jordi. It can accommodate up to 8 people.Groups of young people, parties, and guests under the age of 25 are not permitted.



On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two 90 cm single beds and the other with a 150 cm bed)A bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with access to a terrace. (one bedroom with a 150 cm bed and one bedroom with a 135 cm bed)There is a bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

The fishing village of Ametlla de Mar is a 10-minute drive away.The large Port-Aventura park is 30 minutes away.The city of Barcelona is 140 km away, via the A7 or AP7 motorway.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For any cancellation, regardless of the date on which it is communicated to the agency, a 70 € processing fee will be retained.

Depending on the cancellation date, the refund terms are as follows:





Cancellation more than 60 days before the check-in date: Full refund of the deposit, minus €70

Cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date: Half of the deposit refunded, minus €70

Cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date: No refund.
