The resort also offers garden furniture and a barbecue, and the pool is maintained by the owner/gardener.

Villa Falco is a spacious and bright 3-room house, located on the ground floor. It features very tasteful and stylish furnishings, with natural stone floors and comfortable country-style furniture. This beautiful house offers a stunning panoramic view of the countryside.

The large living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The room has an exit to the terrace, which provides an ideal location for outdoor gatherings.

There are two double bedrooms in the house. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, bidet, and WC. The other bedroom has an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and cooking island. There is also a shower/bidet/WC.

The house is equipped with air-conditioning and underfloor heating. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, and hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is available free of charge. There is reserved parking space for two cars.

Villa Falco is suitable for families and accommodates one pet/dog. Non-smokers are preferred. The house has a private entrance. There are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs are included.
