Villa Lavantin is located in the pastoral village of Uzumlu, some 10 km from the busy resort town of Kalkan, this romantic getaway has been designed to appeal to honeymooner's or guests looking for total privacy and has a capacity to accommodate 2 guests. The villa enjoys beautiful views out towards Patara Beach in the distance, it is also possible to see the lights of the island of Rhodes on a clear night.

Inspired by Balinese architecture, the villa accommodation is all on one floor and comprises of a large lounge / kitchen / dining area, and a large double bedroom, both of which have direct access to the outdoor pool.

The space

The bedroom also has direct access to the luxurious sunken jacuzzi, from where the views can also be enjoyed.

The pool is 8 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.45 metres. This is unseen from outside the villa, making it an ideal choice for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy be it for religious or other reasons. The pool terrace is fully equipped with a shady seating area, sun loungers and an al fresco dining area - basically all you could possibly need to have an amazing stay.

Like all other villas of a high standard, this villa has a parking area, and Wi-Fi internet connection.

The location means that guests would really need the use of a vehicle whilst staying in this villa. There are local restaurants and grocers who will make deliveries to this property free of charge.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly, please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 400 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa, payable in cash on arrival.
