The hospitality of the family is overwhelming. The villa is unbelievably beautiful, with a very nice pool and fantastic garden. The family has some very friendly dogs. We miss them.

Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants. La propriété est située au bout d’un chemin vicinal qui traverse une ferme et les hangars des vaches. La route est caillouteuse. Il n’est pas mentionné sur Abritel la présence de chiens, au nombre de 7 dont des grands, qui sont en liberté. Certes, les chiens obéissent à la propriétaire mais ils aboient et urinent sur la terrasse et un chien saute dans la piscine. La propriétaire nettoie régulièrement la terrasse dans la journée pour ôter les traces d’urines des chiens.La piscine est grande et bien située, permettant des zones ombragées ou ensoleillées. La piscine n’est pas adaptée à de jeunes enfants (profondeur de 160cm) mais nous n’avions pas de jeunes enfants.La propriété est grande et parfaitement entretenue par la propriétaire.La location n’est pas climatisée mais présence d’un ventilateur.

Lichte teleurstelling

De slaapkamers & badkamer waren netjes en royaal waarbij er op de slaapkamers ook airco aanwezig was. Het zwembad was heerlijk en de tuin prachtig groot waar ook een pauw rondloopt. De toegangsweg was slecht aangegeven en slecht aangelegd over het terrein van een boerderij. We werden vroeg gewekt door de honden van de eigenaar en het geluid van een bladblazer. De in de advertentie beschreven keuken was een koelkastje buiten en een 2 pits elektrisch fornuis en magnetron op het buitenterras. Wij hadden een ander beeld van een kitchenette waardoor wij alleen maar buiten de deur hebben gegeten.

Mooie B&B

Voor een wat langer verblijf mis je wel een klein keukentje (alleen koelkast en magnetron aanwezig). De eigenaresse is een echte dierenliefhebber. Persoonlijk vind ik een 5-tal honden wel wat veel. Verder is het een prachtige B&B op een mooie locatie in het buitengebied. De kamers zijn keurig verzorgd en je kunt heerlijk zwemmen in het mooie zwembad. Het dorp Pontoglio op 10 min. afstand met de auto en een oplaadpunt voor de auto voor de deur. Ook heeft Pontoglio een paar goede restaurants. Wij hebben er een fijne vakantie gehad.

Logement agréable mais dans une pension pour chiens.

Il s'agit d'un logement PARTAGE avec les propriétaires. Ils sont très très gentils. Ce n'est pas un appartement, seulement 2 chambres et la possibilité d'utiliser une cuisine avec un supplément. Les chambres, la piscine et la salle de bain sont grandes et très propres mais les propriétaires font PENSION POUR CHIENS et cela ne nous a jamais été dit jusqu'au moment de notre arrivée sur place. Il y avait une dizaine de chiens pendant notre séjour, qui sont présents dans la même maison que les chambres louées.

A perfect stay over

A beautiful spot in the middle of the Italian countryside. The owners are very nice and friendly. You have to like dogs but they are extremely well behaved. It was a perfect stay over and we definitely recommend it!
