host molto gentile, nonostante non ci siamo mai incontrati. La sensazione è quella di un host professionale, forse con più appartamenti in affitto, e poca conoscenza della zona. Mi è stata data una lista di ristoranti in zona, alla domanda se ce ne fosse uno più buono, mi è stato risposto di leggere le recensioni... Il ristorante scelto dalla lista purtroppo non è stato granché.Posizione centrale, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Ascensore all'interno microscopico, era talmente caldo e lentissimo che dopo la prima volta non l'abbiamo più utilizzato.Nell'edificio, anche se non credo sia responsabilità dell'host, c'era sempre un cattivo odore. La casa ristrutturata da obi o Leroy merlin, togliendo le cose funzionali per far sembrare più carina la casa (tolto il bidet per avere una accesso laterale alla doccia non si sa perché). La pulizia del bagno non eccelsa, il tappetino della doccia era sporco. La camera abbastanza carina (unica dove è stato lasciato un pavimento pre-ristrutturazione). Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno, quindi ci vuole un pò perché il fresco arrivi in camera... anche perché (questo lo capisco) il condizionatore funziona solo con una chiavetta legata al mazzo di chiavi della casa, per cui quando si esce di casa il condizionatore si spenge.

Grazie per la tua recensione Mi preme sottolineare solo un paio di cose Il checkin in presenza non era possibile perche’ come ti avevo anticipato tutto il centro storico era transennato a causa della processione della Madonna e io non potevo raggiungere l’appartamento L’ascensore e’ uno dei punti di forza in quanto in centro non e’ facile trovarlo nelle strutture storiche Ti consiglio di guardare meglio le foto dei mobili e scegliere le case con mobili di design Comunque ti aspetto per poterti ricevere in presenza per me sarai sempre il benvenuto Grazie Paola
