A truly fantastic villa. We had a perfect week here. The swimming pool is somehow bigger than it appears in the photos. Every amenity one could wish for, and great communication from Joao, and Carla. If you get the chance have dinner at Villa Faia, just along the road across from Aldi.

Lovely villa, great pool, everything you need

In a quiet residential district, this villa provided everything we needed. A large pool, comfortable rooms, tennis court, table tennis, a large garden for a toddler.

Amazing and comfortable

We had a wonderful trip and time in Portugal. The house was as detailed in the listing. The grounds were beautiful and kept us outside when we were at the house. It was location wise close enough for us to get to anything we wanted to go and do and the host João had wonderful instructions for where to visit and what to eat. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Stunning property

My family and I stayed at João’s property and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was away from the busyness of the city, but close enough where everything was accessible. The amenities on the property were stellar and we took advantage of all it had to offer (minus the pool because it was quite chilly outside when we visited). João is an incredible host, and he gives such great recommendations of where to go. 10/10 highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat

Nice Villa

The communication of the owner of the property was great. Right away he sent us a detailed welcome email. We were a big group and everyone was very comfortable. I only wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy the pool too! The whole time our kids were outside playing basketball/table tennis and just hanging out, exactly what I imagined they do. It’s a beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again!

An Idyllic Retreat: Tranquil Oasis and Exceptional Hospitality

I had an incredible stay at this vacation home nestled in a serene village, just a 10-minute drive from the sea. The property boasts a peaceful atmosphere, complete with a sprawling garden, a massive pool, and convenient amenities like a football field and tennis court – perfect for sports enthusiasts. The main and guest houses provided ample space, making it an ideal retreat for travel. What truly stood out was the expansive estate, allowing for both relaxation and recreation. The colossal pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape on warm days. The property's sports facilities, including a fantastic sports field, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Moreover, the experience was elevated by the exceptional contact with the landlord. He was not only prompt in responding to queries but also personally welcoming during my visit. His friendly and warm demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience. In summary, this vacation home offers an idyllic escape, combining tranquility with the joys of recreational activities. The seamless communication with the landlord and the welcoming ambiance make it a top choice for those seeking a delightful getaway. I highly recommend this property for a memorable vacation.

Very nice outside area

The outside area of this property is very nice. A very large swimming pool, tennis court and lovely gardens. With the addition of a table tennis table and Table Football there is plenty to occupy families and adult groups.

Great location and nice villa

Nice and very cosy villa, superb pool, sporting ground and terrace. Clean, comfortable house, very fast reacting management, no issues with house appliances. Great location within 20 min driving range to everywhere, 5 min to ocean. Additional service provided from owner - home dinner at restaurant level, winery visiting.

Wundervolle Villa
