Located in Lavallette this 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home comfortable sleeps 17! The listing price is for 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Great space for large family get togethers!! There are two living areas (one with an ocean view), a fully stocked kitchen including a large kitchen table that seats 14! The deck off the kitchen has a large table and BBQ covered by a brand new sunscape. The front porch has a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. The backyard has a large seating area with umbrellas for shade around a firepit. A clotheslined is provided. The outdoor shower completes all of the shore house necessities. The backyard is completely fenced in. There is a separate outside attached cottage that has a 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The use of the cottage is an extra fee.

Huge plus! Onsite parking for up to four cars!!

Utility room has a brand new Samsung washer and dryer and an extra fridge!

Life long Lavallette family, grew up visiting Lavallette, family sold house in 2010, rented for a few years and finally found a house to buy in 2014.

Why they chose this property

Love the close proximity to the beach, you can hear the ocean roar and see the ocean waves. Big house with lots of bedrooms for family and friends and a large inviting kitchen with a table that sits 14 for dinners.
