Overall a great small place. Perfect for one person. Quiet neighborhood. Private entrance. Only minor issue is the low pressure shower. Also they have keurig but you need to bring your own capsules.

We only paid 68 a night for this property which I think was a great deal. The unit is small and consists of a galley kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. That's all, but for the two of us, it worked great. We had an issue with no iron board (the last guest apparently broke it) and the host had a new board and iron the next morning at our door. The area was quite and we slept well. The place had every thing we needed for our stay.

Quiet and Cozy

The property was very nice overall clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The property owner answered any questions I had in a timely manner as well. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this part of Tampa and I would definitely rent this property again for future travels.

Perfect Place in Tampa

This place in Tampa is perfect for my needs. I was working late all weekend for a music festival and needed somewhere I could access at 3:30am without bothering anyone, close to the venue I was working at and had a secure place to park. This was everything and more! Very clean, all the amenities and my host was very responsive to all my questions. If you’re traveling around Tampa, this spot is the right price for a top notch room.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We went to a concert at Raymond James Stadium which was about 10-15mins away (via rideshare) and about 15mins from the airport. The host was absolutely incredible and quick to respond with any questions. The contactless entry was wonderful since we flew in late and check-in was extremely smooth. The property was exactly like the photos, everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone staying in Tampa since it’s close to everything and extremely well kept!

A True Slice Of Peace!

The property was so cute! It is tucked away in a little quiet neighborhood on the top of a cul-de-sac. This was my first time booking, so I didn’t know what to expect. The property was clean. The owner was readily available and answered my questions right away. Would rent again!
