This large typical wooden chalet has a 250-sq.m living space, and a mazot (small dwelling) for 12 to 15 persons.

Exceptional situation with large terrace of 70 sq.m with a 200° view of Lake Leman .

Enjoy the absolute calm in the midst of a 30,000-sq.m property not overlooked by any neighbour. The property is crossed by a stream on the edge of the woods and 1500 meters away from the lake with beaches and harbour (possibility of anchoring).

The corner shops and mall (Intermarché) are less than 2 km away. Evian-les-Bains is 5 km away and offers thermal baths and sporty centres. There is a ski resort 20-30 min away.

The property is fenced for horses and has water points and shelters, as well as multiple riding paths.

Comfortable for 12 persons, 15 is a maximum.

Beautiful sunsets over Lake Geneva/Lac Leman

A lovely chalet with an extra large balcony that has amazing, expansive views of the lake. Perfect place to watch the fireworks from across the lake for the Swiss National Day! We ate most of our meals outside on the balcony. The grandkids loved exploring the outdoor grounds. The house was nicely equipped and the owners were easy to contact and helpful when needed. The loft bedrooms might be difficult for some people to climb the ladder up to. A beautiful house with a beautiful view.

Très bel endroit et vue magnifique

Le chalet est grand et confortable, telle une maison de famille. Un peu vieillot au niveau de la salle de bain et petit bemol sur les mezzanine dont l'accès se fait par une échelle et ne convient pas aux enfants trop jeunes. La vue sur le lac de la terrasse est magnifique et le chalet très calme.

Séjour familial au bord du Léman

Un séjour très agréable avec une superbe vue sur le Léman. Le chalet est spacieux et fonctionnel. De plus, il est entouré d'un pré et bordé par une forêt. Parfait pour se ressourcer . Toutefois, en hiver il conviendrait d'allumer le chauffage la veille afin de rendre l'arrivée plus chaleureuse.L'accueil réservé par Aicha était parfait, elle nous a bien expliqué son fonctionnement et même les découvertes à faire dans les environs. Petit bémol,l'état de propreté était moyen et nous n'avons pas pu loger dans le Pertit chalet, la serrure d'entrée étant défectueuse. L'ensemble de notre séjour passé à Lugrin reste au demeurant très positif.

Tres beau chalet typique avec toutes les commodités et le confort pour loger un groupe, deux terrasses pour profiter du soleil au fur et a mesure de la journée. Proche d’Evian et a 5min de la premiere plage. Super sejour entre amis merci beaucoup!

Es hat alles was man benötigt im Haus. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus sauber und die Einführung von Aicha gut. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Obwohl die Telefonleitung beschädigt wurde und somit das Internet nicht zur Verfügung stand, wurde alles Versucht (mit 3G Router) um eine Verbindung zur Verfügung zu stellen. (auch wen wir gut mal 4 Tage ohne Netz leben können)

Ce grand chalet s'est prêté parfaitement pour fêter mon anniversaire entourée de nos amis. La terrasse est spacieuse, bénéficiant d'une vue panoramique sur le lac, le coin cheminée douillet, et les nombreux couchages nous ont permis de loger nos amis et leurs enfants. La communication et l'accueil ont été très agréables.

Just Perfect !

Le chalet est hyper bien agencé et dispose de tout le confort. La vue est juste .... incroyable ! Un véritable bonheur dont nous avons bien profité et c'est avec un grand plaisir que j'aurai prétexte à y retourner. La gouvernante est charmante et très disponible. Je conseille vivement !

Grand gîte tout équipé avec très jolie vue sur le lac Léman

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Le gîte est parfait pour accueillir un grand groupe et tout équipé. La vue est superbe et la cheminée un plus en cas de mauvais temps. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil.

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit à la campagne entre lac et montagne. La vue est magnifique, on surplombe le lac Léman. Cadre qui invite vraiment au repos. Appréciable la grande terrasse et les nombreux couchages! Ambiance chalet garantie ! Nous pensions pouvoir utiliser les vélos comme moyen de déplacement pour l'été, mais l'emplacement du chalet fait que l'accès est assez raide. Dommage....

L'emplacement du chalet est vraiment exceptionnel ! Conjugué à une météo tout aussi exceptionnelle et à une déco dans laquelle on se sent bien, il a été le cadre d'une parenthèse vraiment très agréable en ce début d'automne.

Why they chose this property

Children grew up, and my parents got old, so we spend less time in this holiday home. It may be advantageous to rent it for certain periods to support expenses and benefit others!

The unique location of the chalet. Majestic views and calm. Activities all year round both in winter for winter sports than summer to enjoy the lake.
