Kerstin and her family were model-guests who respected and appreciated Zenitsa. Importantly, their on-the-fly feedback and cooperation helped in fixing a couple of issues which appeared unexpectedly.

There is a valid point raised in the review, which however contains inconsistencies and unfair points. In particular: (a) only one out of there mattresses was hard; following the comment, this mattress has been replaced, (b) there was never a claim of bathrooms attached to bedrooms, (c) it is very difficult to find potable water in Greece outside some cities; our place is not an exception, and (d) although we clearly mention that only the lower part of the villa is rented, we invited the family to use the upper part at their will and especially to have their coffee upstairs and enjoy the great view. Evidently, the person who complained did not have the information from the partner.
