Lovely relaxing cottage close to beach and dunes

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our fully furnished holiday home in Sint Maartenszee, just a 20-minute walk (10-minute bike ride) from the beach! The holiday home is located on the Duinland bungalow park.
The house offers all the comforts for a carefree holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, a television, washing machine, and ample parking. Our holiday home is comfortable and functional, and the many windows give the house a bright and spacious feel.
Outside, a private garden with plenty of flowers and trees awaits — a lovely place to relax. Our garden gets sun all day long. Light a fire, put something on the BBQ, or simply listen to the birds while you unwind. Children also have plenty of room to play, both in the garden and just outside it.
The area has something for everyone: relaxing on the beach, cycling through the dunes, day trips to Bergen aan Zee, Schoorl, the town of Schagen, or a ferry crossing to the island of Texel. And in the evening, you'll return to a peaceful house — exactly what a holiday should be.

Amazing Rental

The property was clean and welcoming. The owner was very kind and sent a manual ahead of time with instructions regarding the property. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge. The area was peaceful, the yard was beautiful and we had an amazing time here. We would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

Diese wunderschöne Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt für uns - zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos, ebenso während des Aufenthaltes. Und es gab vorab eine sehr genaue und hilfreiche Anleitung, was man alles beachten sollte. Die Unterkunft selber entsprach nicht nur den Fotos auf der Webseite, sie war in natura tatsächlich noch schöner - allein der Garten und das Gefühl, sehr privat und nur für sich sein zu können. Eine sehr ruhige entspannte Atmosphäre auf dem ganzen Areal, in dem das Haus gelegen ist. Man merkte, daß die Eigentümer dort auch selber leben - sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Haus und im Garten und uns fehlte es an nichts im Haushalt, und man konnte prima selber kochen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und persönlich. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem, und der Blick morgens in den sonnigen Garten einfach nur toll. Zum Abschied durften wir dann bei der Übergabe noch die Familie Marcus selber kennenlernen, auch dies eine sehr nette und freundschaftliche Begegnung. Wir bedanken uns in jedem Falle sehr herzlich und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Der Ferienbungalow von Yvonne und ihrer Familie ist ganz toll und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation bei der Buchung und Anreise konnte nicht besser sein. Wir bedanken uns nochmal, dass wir hier 4 Nächte Urlaub machen konnten.

Sehr gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im zusätzlichen Schuppen konnten wir unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder gut unterstellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Vielen Dank

Beste Ferienwohnung!

Es war alles da, was wir für eine tolle Zeit brauchten, vor allem auch mit Kind. Und die Ferienwohnung is genau das Gegenteil von einem unpersönlichen, leeren Haus, was wir super fanden. Allein schon der gepflegte Garten war ein Traum. Der Spielplatz direkt nebenan ist ebenfalls klasse. Fazit: Buchen!

Erholung pur

Schön eingerichtetes Häuschen, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tolle Matratzen, auf denen man richtig gut liegt. Ein wunderschöner kleiner Garten mit vielen Hortensien, von außen nicht einsehbar (herrlich!).mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Und dazu einnehmen freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, was will man mehr? Wir haben uns hier bestens erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Hervorragend

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter hat extra ein Hochbett eingebaut, damit unsere auch großen erwachsenen Kinder einen guten Schlafplatz hatten. Das Haus wirkte frisch renoviert und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Natur um uns herum sehr genossen.

Kurzurlaub in Holland

Tolle Unterkunft - schöner Garten - in der Wohnung war alles das, was man benötigt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand - ca. 10-15 Minuten durch die Dünen. Nicht so überlaufen - ruhig - die nächsten größeren Orte - wie z.B. Alkmaar, Callantsoog oder Den Helder - sind schnell erreichbar. Zum Fahrradfahren ideal - tolle Fahrrad-APP Fietsroutennetwerk - Wir können alles nur weiter empfehlen - ein Besuch lohnt sich bestimmt.

Unvollständige Beschreibung

Das Haus war sehr alt und muffig, wir mussten zu Hause alle Kleidung waschen auch die ungetragen! Die Kanalisation ist so, dass man das benutzte Toilettenpapier separat entsorgen musste! Dafür ist der. Mietpreis deutlich zu hoch.

Leider haben Sie nicht die Ferien erlebt, die Sie sich vorgestellt haben. Leider haben wir auch nichts von Ihnen gehört, selbst nicht bei Ihrer Ankunft, obwohl wir Sie darum gebeten hatten. Wenn Sie Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen hätten, hätten wir nach einer Lösung für Ihr Problem suchen können. Inzwischen wurde das Häuschen im Winter 2024 umgebaut und angepasst.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Der Bungalow war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings heizt sich das Gebäude sehr auf, was die Nachtruhe stört. Wanderungen zum Strand sehr erholsam. Strand war trotz Ferien nicht so überlaufen, was wir sehr mögen. Strandbars gut / Preis - Leistung ok

Eine tolle und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

In Summe eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche. - sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Ecklage einer Reihenhauslinie (zwei offene Seiten des Gartens - sehr schön gepflegter und gemütlicher Garten - Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung / alles vorhanden - viele Gerätschaften zur Freizeitgestaltung (Fahrräder inkl. Anhänger, Grill, etc..) vorhanden - Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad in 5 bis 10 Min zu erreichen - in Summe alles top / wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Gepflegter Bungalow in Strandnähe.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem sauberen gut ausgestattetem Bungalow. Der Weg zum Strand und der Strand selbst, waren sehr schön und auch bei schönem Wetter nicht überlaufen. Wir fanden es sehr nett, dass die Gastgeber ihre Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt haben, diese konnte man vor allem für den Weg zum Strand sehr gut brauchen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Die Lage ist total ruhig und die Nordsee sehr nah.

Ganz hervorragend schön angelegter Garten mit vielen Vögeln. In der Nähe liegen bunte Tulpenfelder. Schön ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit tollen Möglichkeiten die Natur in der Umgebung zu erleben.

Schöne Ferientage zu dritt

In dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus hat es uns (Großeltern mit Enkel, 8 Jahre)an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Zum Haus gehört ein gepflegter, eingezäunter Garten mit Gartenhaus. Der Besitzer ist ein Vogelfreund . Wir konnten ganz toll die Vögel am Haus beobachten, da es viele Futterstellen und Nistkästen gab. Vom Ferienhaus war es fußläufig zum Meer etwa 20 Minuten durch ein sehr weitläufiges Dünennaturschutzgebiet . Sehr empfehlenswert! Wer es direkter haben möchte, kann nach Callantsoog fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es direkt nebenan in einem kleinen gut sortierten Spar auf dem benachbarten Campingplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war entspannt, direkt und freundlich. Kurzum, wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nordseenahe Unterkunft

Super Lage - mit dem Rad in 8 Minuten am tollen Strand mit 2 Strandpavillons. Der Bungalow war für uns beide ausreichend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet mit großer gemütlicher Terrasse und großem Garten mit Grillplatz und Feuerkorb. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
