Wow! Large house, in an excellent, quiet area (yet extremely close to everything) lovely sunny back garden, nice to sit on for morning/evening drinks, meals, socialising etc, all the facilities you could want and need, having 2 separate bath/shower rooms was an amazing plus, and most importantly, amazing hosts.., we will definitely be staying at this property again in the future.

Home away from home in a great location!

All the comforts of home in a great location! Condo has everything you need for the perfect get away, in a very walkable location to Commercial St and easy access to the Stop & Shop and the dog park. Sharon is fantastic to work with!

Our Second Stay …

We very much enjoyed our first stay and were happy that it was available again. The location is great … close to the center of town but nice and quiet. We had our niece with us this time as well as our two, big dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us … and the double futon in the living room was actually very comfortable! Our hosts were friendly and responsive. Great place … great stay!

Perfect offseason getaway

I had a great week here and I want to say the photos don't do it justice! Well equipped, cozy and bright even in chilly March. Easy walk into town and to Stop & Shop, I only used my car for one outing. Kitchen is perfect if you want to cook. Absolutely want to book again!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this peaceful condo. I t very quiet and yet an easy walk to Commercial Street. It is very comfortable with lots of natural light.The back yard garden is an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Im a prior vrbo owner / user.This place was amazingly clean. I walked around with white socks and my socks were clean. Has everything you need and very cozy , beautiful accommodations. Id stay again!

Perfect stay…

Everything about our stay met or exceeded expectations. The condo is on a very quiet street with no through traffic, about 7 minute walk to Commercial Street right between Boatslip and Crown & Anchor. The condo was more spacious than I was expecting and the owners have thought of everything, and the condo very well appointed. An added bonus - the secluded back garden was perfect for relaxing starts and ends to the day. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Nice rental.

Great location. Everything you need really. A little dated, but well stocked with kitchenware, towels and the rest of the basics. Big spaces, living room, kitchen, bedroom. If you're tall, the sloping ceiling in the upstairs bathroom could be an issue. I'd rent it again!!

This place could be really cute, but it was dirty. I was expecting an older and outdated place, I mean, it is Provincetown. I would have called it charming, but it was dirty. The downstairs bathroom was concerning. The cleaning service obviously did not do a thing, specifically the toilet, after the prior guest. I personally would not have booked this place had I known the lack of care and attention given to it.

Ideal getaway

Everything about this place was fantastic. Lovely private patio with amazing sunshine. Best stocked kitchen ever, with amazing light pouring in from that patio area. Living room with towering ceiling and amazing light. Comfortable bedroom and bed. Incredible location-easy walking distance to downtown P Town. Hosts are relaxed and lovely to communicate with. My wife and I will come back over and over again!

Wonderful Bday Getaway

This sweet condo is well laid-out, and furnished and appointed with everything you might need for a Ptown getaway. It was cozy on the rainy off-season days, and bright with sun on the warmer days. It's remarkably quiet and peaceful, with just a short 5-10 minute walk to most Commercial Street destinations. We didn't need to use our car at all, even the larger grocery store is close by. The multi-level layout with kitchen half level down and bedroom a level up makes it feel much larger than it is and gives you plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the summer.

Wonderful Condo in Excellent Location

We stayed at Sharon and Kris's condo for 2 weeks in March 2024 while our house in Eastham was under construction. The condo was perfect! Everything you need. Only a 5 minute walk to Commercial St. About the same to the Stop and Shop, Mac's, Dog Park and Chach's. The space feels very large. There are high ceilings and lots of windows and skylights, so it's very sunny. There is a nice patio. The owners (I worked with Sharon) were very responsive and generous. There are 2 parking spots which is pretty unheard of in PTown. I can't wait to stay here again!
