About this property
Otranto: Vacation Rentals
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently built building in the centre of Otranto, just a short walk from the Aragonese Castle.
The short distance from the historic centre (about 200 metres) allows you to walk to the beach (about 450 metres).
A pleasant walk along a nearby country road takes you to Lago Rosso and Baia dell’Orte.
The apartment is fully furnished with new, modern-style furniture. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room/kitchen with a three-seater sofa bed, a refrigerator, a gas oven, a hob, an exhaust hood, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall.
In addition, the apartment features a spacious terrace accessible from both inside and outside, complete with a table for al fresco dining in a comfortable, flower-filled setting, as well as a sink and shower. The interior spaces are equipped with independent air conditioning and mosquito screens.
A tourist tax is due during the periods and in the amount specified by municipal regulations.
The apartment is thoroughly sanitised before and after each guest’s stay.
