Antica Casa Virginia is a charming historic 18th-century residence with vaulted ceilings, completely renovated at the foot of Cervo Vecchia, with beaches just a 2-minute walk away and parking available.

Sleeps 4 (1 double bedroom + TV, 1 two-person sofa bed in the living room).

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender, etc.; living room with TV; laundry area opening onto the garden.

Bathroom with a comfortable shower and all necessary amenities.
Pets allowed for a flat fee of €35 per pet.

The space:
A very bright, peaceful, and quiet home with a large private garden and new, ultra-quiet windows.

The garden is private, owned by the property, and for the exclusive use of guests; it is fully fenced.

Our wonderful garden is very spacious and perfect for outdoor dinners under the canopy, at the beautiful stone table with wrought-iron chairs.

You can sunbathe in complete peace and quiet.

Perfect for BBQs!

Bicycles can be stored here for magnificent tours along the new bike path inaugurated in Cervo in 2026 (running from Andora to Ospedaletti) or for the Ciappà Park with marked trails for cycling excursions!

You can enjoy the ocean view from both the bedroom and the garden.

HOUSE RULES:

- Smoking is permitted in the garden

- Nothing may be removed from the accommodation, even temporarily; otherwise, compensation will be demanded immediately.

- There is an old lemon tree; we are currently treating it, so picking the lemons is prohibited

- Do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not at home; otherwise, this will result in a surcharge of 5 euros per day.

- You are not allowed to sleep on the sofa bed without sheets

- Only guests who have booked and checked in may enter the apartment and its garden

- The apartment must be left tidy (with trash taken out, no paper or other items left lying around the house, dishes washed, etc.)

- If pets are present, their waste must be cleaned up daily, and you must keep the area clean without disturbing neighbors (with unpleasant odours or noise)

- A security deposit of 300 euros in cash will be required at check-in, which will be refunded upon inspection of the property at check-out; otherwise, the property will not be handed over to the guest for their stay!!
