A shambles

We arrived on Monday after being stuck in traffic for 50 mins on arrival there was no key in the key safe 😡 after several attempts I was given apologies and we were given another caravan not the spec of the van we had originally booked but we were very tired after our journey and were greatful to have somewhere to sleep that night. in the morning I was going to do breakfast but couldn’t as the pan were worse then disgusting I have pictures I’m putting on my FB page , it was 2 days later on the Wed before we could get into the van we had booked because the cleaner hadn’t got the key until then. I complained many times while we were in the unsatisfactory caravan. I was awarded £25 for the inconvenience I wasn’t at all happy with there competition but they wouldn’t budge. What a joke
