Private Woodland Triple Aspect Mega House
Wood House Space is a huge, quirky property, set in beautiful gardens and many acres of ancient woodland, surrounded by open farmland and fields. The house is wildly unique - part 1870’s Game Keeper's Lodge, part striking Modernist double height glass extension. Inside we've got everything from enormous, open plan living and dining (and dancing) spaces, to a snug little library and cosy cottage kitchen. In the grounds you'll find our woodland spa and first area (please contact us for a separate quote for this). There is the woodland to explore, a woodland clearing to sit in, the Orchard complete with chicken coop, the vegetable garden and potting shed which is a great sit spot, there's a huge lie down swing and a hanging swing seat. Plus the covered veranda which has two swing seats, comfortable outdoor chairs, plus outdoor speakers, patio heaters and lasers!

This is great for a Landmark Birthday, a celebration such as an Engagement, Anniversary, or Hen / Stag gathering and even small Weddings (Sorry, no 18th or 21st Birthdays!)

The house is set up completely for larger groups.
With plenty of cutlery, glasses, crockery, and serve ware plus big catering pans.
There are two kitchens, two dish washers and multiple ovens!
We also provide eco friendly and fragrance free ‘Faith In Nature’ Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel in each bathroom.
There are bath towels, hand towels and tea towels provided.
There's an amazing Woodland Spa (please ask for a separate quote) and a number of optional Extras, such as Bonfire service and Pizza Oven hire.
We have a great board games cupboard. Garden games like Giant Jenga and Giant 4 in a row, Badminton, Swingball, Cricket and crocket.
Also bigger games such as Table Fussball, Full sized Ping Pong table. Plus a Piano and music instrument cupboard with percussion and small drums, plus singing bowls.
We have a huge projector in the living room for Cinema night and Surround sound, with speakers on the Veranda and even two Lazers for a light show!
Fireworks can be arrange for extra cost but must be with prior agreement - due to our neighbours animals etc.
