About the host
Hosted by Scott Lichtenstein
I'm a US citizen born and raised in California living and working as a lecturer at a business school in Birmingham. I moved up to this area in 2017 and bought the current property last year. I have 2 daughters, 13 and 22 and in a relationship.
Why they chose this property
I mostly live on my own and the first floor is ideal for someone staying.
What makes this property unique
It's proximity to the M42, M5 and city centre, village green, park and canal make it an ideal place to use as a base to explore. I mostly ride my bike into work along canal tow paths and through parks which is ideal (except in the cold weather!).
