BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

The manager did not reply to our WatsApp messages before we arrived. Beds were not set up for 3 even tho our reservation was for 3 people. Cleaning lady was not very friendly and displayed irritation when we asked for help how to turn the sofa into a bed. The sofa was very uncomfortable and I started to feel itchy. I hope there were no bed bugs! Cabinet handle was broken. Socket was hanging dangerously from the wall. Not enough places to hang towels & clothes. Kitchen faucet was leaking.

The location is good but honestly the room is way too expensive for what it is and the check in experience is a bit of a pin

Just plain awful. Do Not Recommend

The owner/manager of our property did not respond to any of our messages at all. No communication what so ever. We had to contact VRBO for help reaching this person. He did not meet us at the property, never showed up as promised & gave us no check in instructions. We were greeted by a very nice housekeeper only after she opened the door to take out the trash. I believe this was a scam by the owner who never reached out for payment & when we were finally able to contact him with VRBO’s help, he wanted us to pay him in cash, which is against VRBO policy. When the housekeeper reached out to the owner for check in instructions we were shown a completely different apartment than the one pictured. It was filthy, a phone on the wall had the cord cut in two, none of amenities promised were available. The washer dryer had the buttons removed so it couldn’t be used at all. The sheets on the bed were still wet & the walls were badly stained. The only towel available was a dirty dish towel. This guy is obviously some sort of slum lord. I feel sorry for the poor housekeeper thrust into this awkward situation. We obviously decided not to stay there. We reached out to VRBO who assured us we would not be charged. Avoid this rental at all cost. This whole situation was very very shady. I would give this place negative stars if it was possible.

Great location

Great location for a short sightseeing trip to London. Once checked in the host was easy to communicate with and assisted with any questions promptly. Only negative was the sortage of cooking utensils.
