Spectacular house in Llanes (Asturias) for 6 guest:
Casa Toró is a remarkable seaside house just a one-minute walk from Toró Beach in Llanes, one of the most emblematic beaches in Asturias (Northern Spain). The centre of Llanes is a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of other stunning beaches nearby. And for mountain lovers, the Picos de Europa National Park is a short drive.

This spacious 154 m² home, set in a 500 m² garden, welcomes 6 guests in beautifully decorated, fully equipped surroundings.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living-dining room features sofas, side table, dining table and a TV, with a large picture window that frames the beach. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes oven, ceramic hob, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dining table and full kitchenware.

Upstairs, three double bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm) and the other two with two single beds (90 cm) each. All include wardrobe and bed linen. A spectacular terrace on this floor offers incredible views of Toró Beach, with direct access from two of the bedrooms. Two full bathrooms.

The property has parking right in front, on a quiet private residential road. The 500 m² garden features a dining table for six — perfect for outdoor meals — and sun loungers to relax in the sun.

Excellent modern property, well appointed, very close to beach and easy walk into town. Agent easy to deal with and responded to one concern when hot water failed. Overall a very good place to stay for up to 6 people.

Sehr schön gelegen, gegenüber von einem charmanten, kleinen Strand. Parkplatz, Straße und Bar-Restaurant stören nicht (Mitte Juni). Sehr geräumiges, helles, freundlich eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Eckhaus mit sehr großem Garten, 2 top renovierten Badezimmern und bequemem Bett. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einziges kleines Manko: am Anfang hat der Bodenbelag ziemlich stark gerochen, was sich aber im Laufe der Tage gelegt hat.
