The spacious plot includes a sandbox and plenty of room for children to play, while the nearby forest and cycling paths make it easy to enjoy long walks or bike rides. Just 400 meters from the water, the location is ideal for family days at the beach or exploring the natural surroundings. This part of Bornholm offers more than just sandy beaches. The 18-hole Dueodde Golf Course is only 1.6 km away, while the nearby town of Snogebæk has charming shops, restaurants, a fish smokehouse, and an ice cream parlor. Combining comfort, outdoor space, and access to both nature and local attractions, this holiday home provides an ideal setting for a memorable stay on the island. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
