About this property
Cheerful 2 Bed Cottage - Eryri (Snowdonia)
A cosy cottage within Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park just north of Ogwen Valley.
A cheerful building that sleeps 4 with room for 2 additional four legged friends.
Nestled away under a dark sky reserve with stunning views and easy access to the mountains.
Recently fully refurbished, Green Cottage is a cosy property built in the 1700's located within Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) just north of Ogwen Valley. A cheerful stone building that sleeps 4 with room for 2 additional four legged friends.
With it's slate fireplace and bare beam ceiling, it certainly ticks all of the boxes for a cute cottage stay. The bright kitchen offers stunning views over the surrounding hills with the original terracotta floor naturally warming up the big space and giving you a traditional yet modern feel.
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, both of which are completely different in décor and size. From plush furnishings, panelled walls and statement lighting, both rooms will impress with their new modern style adorned with stable doors and slanted ceilings.
The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and boasts a clean, bright monochrome style with splashes of gold to add a touch of luxury.
Enclosed with a south facing wrap around garden that is flooded with birdsong throughout the day, you can relax in the outside seating area taking in this tranquil space. In the evening, on a clear night you can view the blanket of stars above you with ease under the dark sky reserve.
Green Cottage cleverly plays with traditional and modern to create an inviting space for your stay.

Being avid walkers we fell in love with Eryri (Snowdonia) many years ago. Whether hiking up the mountains or visiting the lakes and valleys, the feeling of being tiny amongst the vast beautiful scenery stole our hearts.
So we decided to grab a slice of this stunning Welsh countryside for ourselves and create a space where others could also enjoy what it has to offer.
With many sandy beaches, famous towering mountains, Anglesey and ZipWorld to name a few all within a short drive away you will literally be spoilt for choice on how to spend your time here.
On the A5 be sure to look out for the dragon that has been carved out of a tree trunk - he is definitely worth the visit. If you're lucky you might also catch a glimpse of the pilots from RAF Valley performing flight training directly over the cottage (you'll hear them before you see them!!).
