Whilst not central, the apartment is right near to a Metro station that only takes a few minutes to get into the centre of Milan. Just next to the Metro station is a wonderful bakery where we had our breakfast every day.Communication with the host was great - she was very reactive.The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful apartment! Very clean and well appointed. A little away from the center city of Milan but the metro was super convenient and got you to the duomo in about 20 minutes.. The car parking that was made available to us was at the end of the street in a free lot. Got lucky twice to get a spot but could see it might be difficult. Both times it was the last spot open. Many cafes around. Would recommend.

A short stay in Milano

The place was fabulous for our stay—our family of five were very comfortable. Location is perfect with one block to metro and some local restaurants, grocery store and gelateria nearby. Simone was very responsive to any queries we had. If we could rate this more than 5 stars, we would!!!

Amazing stay in Milan

Wonderful stay at apartment in good location with access to public transport to downtown Milan. 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in walking distance. The property was as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. Lea was very helpful in providing info on parking and information on local restaurants etc. Would recommend to family or friends looking to stay in Milan.

Perfect Milan Stay

We were there for Formula 1. So we were looking for an apartment close to Monza, but also close to Milan. Very close to the M1 subway. The neighborhood is great for food and walking. Safe and clean. Simone was an amazing host. Super good communicator and helpful with all questions.

Mother & Daughter Annual Trip

We loved staying at Madison Lebon 5!! Simone was the best host, very communicative, and quick to respond to all our questions or needs. This apartment was exactly as promised and the location was perfect!! We didn’t want for anything while staying at this lovely apartment. The neighborhood was great and the metro was just a block away. We highly recommend this Milan gem and would definitely stay again!! Thank you Simone for making our first trip to Milan effortless.

Nice size; Convenient location

Great communication with the host. Apartment was a nice size with lots of room. We loved the neighborhood because it was outside of the busy Milan Center and it was close to little neighborhood shops, but mostly because it was only a minute or two to walk to the metro on the corner. We were traveling with a car, and there was free parking at the end of the block, which was also a plus.

The host was absolutely amazing and very communicative. The apartment is nice and in a great location. Walkable to the M1 which connects you everywhere you want to go.There is 1 main bedroom, a single room with a pull out twin bed and then a larger sofa pullout in the living room. Neighbors are quiet and the area appears very safe.We attended the Olympic Winter Games and would often return very late at night (after midnight) and the area had no red flags.Cannot give enough praise to the host. Simone and Lea were very responsive and incredibly friendly.

Overall a good stay. There is really only 1 proper bed, second and third beds are quite uncomfortable and lumpy convertible sofas. When being used for lounging, the living room sofa is missing the center back cushion. We did not use the kitchen although it seemed to be reasonably well equipped. Unit did not come supplied with body wash/hand soap however did have small bottles of shampoo. There is only one set of keys to leave the unit and gain access back to the building so plan with your travelling companions.

Excellent Accommodations

I stayed at Lea’s property with 2 other family members. Communication with the host was excellent. Lea provided me with the information we needed for a fulfilling visit to Milan and was available for any questions I had. The apartment was in a quiet residential neighbourhood within a block of bakeries, mini marts, restaurants and the Metro. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Connection to the internet was simple and fast. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Lea for sharing your apartment with us.

L'appartement est neuf, bien équipé et bien agencé. Il est parfaitement situé avec un accès au métro à 150 mètres qui vous emmène en 15/20 minutes au centre ville de Milan. Il y a un parking gratuit à 100 mètres de l'appartement avec des places disponibles pour stationner votre véhicule. Une climatisation efficace et peu bruyante bien appréciable avec les chaleurs de cette période. Le seul bémol concerne le 3ème couchage pour notre fils qui était en fait un drap posé sur un canapé dont les deux assises formaient un trou au milieu du couchage, pas idéal quand on y passe une semaine...

L'appartement est très bien situé pour s'offrir une visite culturelle de Milan. Le métro se trouve à 2 minutes à pied permettant de se rendre au centre facilement. La literie est très très bonne et propre. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. A notre arrivée l'appartement n'était pas d'une propreté irréprochable, en effet, sol salle de bain, lave vaisselle, plateau du four, et table de salle à manger ont été nettoyés par nos soins. Parking gratuit à 200 m de l'appartement très appréciable. D'un point de vue général, l'appartement est satisfaisant nous le recommandons.Merci à Simone pour sa disponibilité. Milan est une ville magnifique.

Die Lage und Größe des Appartements ist sehr gut. Allerdings war die Dusche von innen nicht sauber und auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, das wäre nur von außen. Wir haben sie dann selbst gereinigt. Die Decke im Bad hat auch deutliche Schimmel Spuren .Der Backofen und das Backblech waren auch sehr dreckig. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist sehr überschaubar.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadterkundung

Wir kamen spät nachts an, trotzdem wurde uns der Haupteingang schnell geöffnet und die weiteren Instruktionen zum Zugang am Telefon übermittelt. Kostenloses Parken ist in der Nähe der Wohnung in ca. 250m Entfernung möglich. Informationen und Kommunikation war gut.

Perfetto

C'était un magnifique séjour pour découvrir Milan. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait. Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche soir en voiture et l'avons garé sur un parking gratuit à 200 mètres, elle y est restée jusqu'au mercredi. Pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer. A 100 mètres se trouve l'accès du métro 1 "Villa San Giovanni" qui permet d'aller au centre de Milan comme la place Duomo, la galerie Emanuel 2, La Scala, puis avec un changement pour une ambiance festive le soir le quartier "Navigli". Nous avons pris un pass pour 3 jours qui permet de prendre tous les transports et donne des réductions sur certaines visites. Nous avions des journées bien remplies et très chaudes, mais quel bonheur de rentrer dans cet appartement charmant, moderne et fonctionnel avec la climatisation qui nous permettait de nous mettre au frais. Dans la même rue que le métro il y a aussi une boulangerie, une pizzeria, des sushis, un Lidl, 2 stations services et bien sûr le traditionnel Gelateria. Et si vous avez la moindre question Léa répond immédiatement que ce soit avant ou pendant le séjour. Grazie mille ! Ciao !
