Hoyochi Nikko # 103, 1st Floor Direct Oceanfront Beauty

After visiting Hoyochi Nikko for 20 years we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise in this ocean front ground floor beauty. Hoyochi Nikko is a small 18 unit complex, so you do not have the large crowds that Hotels and Larger complexes have. In fact, a lot of the time you will feel as though you have the entire complex all to yourself.

The unit has been fully remodeled with new tile floors, quartz countertops, a new shower and all new furniture.

It sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and is a perfect place to sit on your Lanai and admire the beautiful Hawaiian water and whale watch.

The unit is also furnished with everything you will need for your holiday. We have 2 swim assist devices hanging in the closet.

Hoyochi Nikko is a smoke free facility. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

Over the years we have searched the Island for the ideal location. Each tine we found a unit we liked we compared it back to Hoyochi Nikko. Our decision to purchase came easy as we think we have found a piece of Heaven here on Maui.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many complexes along the coast Hoyochi Nikko offers peace and quiet and a true sense of privacy that you will not find any where else. You can relax on your lanai in the lounger or take 20 steps and layout by the ocean.
