This beautiful flat is located directly on the beach and has a lovely communal pool with sunbeds.
 
Via the boulevard you can walk to the centre of L'Estartit in 10 minutes.
For the daily shopping you can go to the supermarket in the street.
 
The flat is situated on the 3rd floor and consists of: Living room with sliding doors to the terrace and air conditioning, open kitchen, a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
