Perched in an elevated position, this stunning villa boasts some of the best views in all of Nerja. Nestled just outside in the quaint countryside, you’re surrounded by vibrant pine-tree forests and rolling green hills at every turn. With views to die for, imagine waking up to panoramas of a majestic mountainscape and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea in the distance – it’s our idea of paradise. With a rural setting and a crisp sea breeze, we can’t think of a better place to truly get away from it all.
This one-of-a-kind villa treats guests to not one, but three outdoor terraces—allowing you to take in every inch of the phenomenal Andalusian landscape. The roof terrace is the ultimate spot for some well-deserved time, with plenty of nooks to unwind. Make a splash with the kids in the generous swimming pool on the lower terrace, or sip on a cocktail whilst admiring the endless vistas from the poolside loungers. Another terrace is all about alfresco dining, with a barbecue and dining table set up, perfect for long evenings sharing a bottle of wine over dinner. 
Typically Spanish, the ornamental ironwork, light stucco walls, heavy wood beams, terracotta-tile roof, and rustic stone facades radiate the villa with traditional charm. The interiors paint a very different picture, with a sleek and minimalist-designed open-plan living area that creates a bright and airy space. The lounge and dining space are decorated in a contemporary style, with whitewashed walls, a bold black-coloured sofa, modern furniture, and simple décor. Moving onto the kitchen, you’ll be wowed by the stainless-steel appliances and granite worktops that will be sure to impress any budding chef. With three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is a perfect place for a family or small group of friends looking for a relaxed place to stay.
For the beach bums, the golden sands of El Playazo, Vilchez, and Calaceite are all just a short drive away. Only ten minutes away by car is the vibrant seaside town of Nerja, which has everything you’ll need for a memorable holiday. Its silky sand and pebble cove beaches lined by calming blue waters are perfect for swimming or exploring the picturesque Balcon de Europa promenade flanked by restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 114cm wide. The path to the poolside is 145cm wide. Overall, the terrace is uneven with a number of steps. There is also a slight slope to one side of the property. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property.  All bedrooms have a door width of 60cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
