The villa has a main room of approximately 70m² with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, wine cellar, coffee machine, etc.) and a dining area that can seat at least 8 people.

The living room has a pool table, a 75-inch TV, velvet sofas, and a reading corner.

Adjacent to the living room, a 21 m² outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy a drink with a breathtaking view of the forest and landscaped garden.

Upstairs:

> A romantic suite with a panoramic view of the forest. The outdoor terrace, covered by a bioclimatic pergola, has a two-person jacuzzi. The suite has a private bathroom and toilet.

All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi.
