This luxury property is situated only 10 meters from the crystal blue sea and amazing pebble beach.
Spreading over 290 m2 the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen that features dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, kettle oven and coffee machine.
Dining table is suited for 10 guests. Living room features two 3-person sofas, an armchair and alarge smart TV. Here you will also find a shared toilet.
Villa has 3 bedrooms and each with en-suite bathroom. The optimal capacity is 6 guests, but there is a possibility to additionally set up 2 kids on the sofa bed, increasing the capacity to 8 guests.

Stepping out you will notice a large terrace with 33 m2pool, outdoor dining table for set for 10 people, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor furniture that is ideal for socializing in the evening.
