About this property

1st fl OC beach house, south end of the island;just a few houses from the beach!

5025 West Avenue: This gorgeous 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom, family beach home is just 2.5 blocks from the beach! It is also only a ten minute drive from the boardwalk. You can start your day with some coffee, use the Multi-port charger provided to power up, and read a good book on the porch. The house sleeps up to 6 and has off-street parking for one car, and plenty of on street parking in front of the house.

We bought the house in Summer 2017 and have invested heavily in renovations, new furniture, and appointments to make this a perfect rental. Features include A/C and heating throughout, TVs in all bedrooms, new kitchen and master bath, outside shower, new queen room furniture and flat screen smart TV in the living room.

We try and make the house as comfortable for our guest as possible, we provide six beach tags for your family to enjoy. There is wifi in all bedrooms. We look forward to being a part of your family's vacation!

Memorial day thru Labor day , Weekly rentals only. Saturday to Saturday. September rentals are 3 night min,

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cozy porch for morning coffee. Good food and bakeries. My favorites are Chester’s and Dots. Her filled donuts are the best. Close to the beach. Easy walk.

This is a beautiful property and well appointed for a family vacation. The open living space is light and airy while the bedrooms are quite comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped. It was lovely sitting on the front porch to read or eat lunch. It was also great having the enclosed outside shower.

The house was used for additional family members we could not accommodate in OC for Memorial Day Weekend. Owners were wonderful and the house was just as pictured and very clean. Hoping to be a repeat tenant!

Great location on the South End where the beach is larger so it doesn't seem as crowded as the North End near boardwalk. Only a short 2 block walk to the beach. The house was cute, clean and had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The pots/pans were much nicer than other rentals we've stayed at. Communication was quick and easy. No issues. My only complaint would be the house had a slight musty dank smell to it. Overall, I recommend and would return. We had a great stay.

Loved this property. Beautifully decorated, well equipped. I am handicapped and master bathroom shower was handicapped accessible. Very welcoming and great location. Love the south end. Owners are very easy to communicate with.

Quaint beautiful beach house with all the amenities. Very easy walk to the beach. Have 4 stars on cleanliness as one of the bedroom floors was not cleaned. This is not the owners fault but the cleaning service. Owner was very responsive and always available! Would definitely stay again

Comfortable property close to beach

This three bedroom first floor unit was a great fit for my three children, Mimi and myself. The living area is cozy comfy as were the mattresses on the beds. With recent upgrades it has the beachy shore vibe that we love to experience every year. The house is a short 2.5 block walk to the beach. More importantly 50th street is a life guarded beach and we didn’t have to walk 5 blocks south to the next life guard stand. We were concerned about the noise from the traffic on West Ave, but we couldn’t even hear the cars from inside. The owners were very receptive to any questions I had and we hope to come back again next year!

Perfect Vacation

This beautiful, comfy & well appointed home is a perfect vacation spot. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch in the morning & cocktails at night. The location is great just a short lovely walk to the beach . Our family had a great fun! This was our second year renting here ... just perfect.

Just what we needed!!!

Very nice unit. Clean, close to beach , quiet end of OC. We had a wonderful time. The only negative was the renters upstairs. There must have been 15 of them, lots of kids running back and forth above us, but that’s not something that could have been controlled. We would rent the unit again.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed this rental. The location is great (two blocks from the beach) and the unit itself is really nice. The owners were very easy to deal with, and the price was absolutely reasonable given the quality of the unit and the great location. I would definitely recommend it!
