Villa Rosa is a comfortable house with private swimming pool, a few steps from the center of Bardolino and Lake Garda



Upon entering the house you are greeted by a large living room with an open kitchen and a view of the garden and swimming pool. From the living room there is access to the terrace with awning and a large dining table for pleasant outdoor dinners.



KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge - freezer - gas stove - dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious lunches and dinners for family and friends.

You can enjoy your meals at the modern 8-person dining table in the open kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the garden.

From the kitchen there is direct access to the pool area through a sliding glass door.

There is also a full bathroom with a shower right next to the entrance on this floor. The living room is air conditioned.

Outside the house, on the pool side, there is a small room where the washing machine and a shower are located.



LIVING AREA

The living area consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a comfortable sofa for watching international programs via satellite on the flat-screen TV. A sliding door leads to the terrace, equipped with an awning.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Villa Rosa has four bedrooms.

There are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two separate single beds, ideal for hosting up to 8 people.

All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes and air conditioning.

There is also a large full bathroom on this floor with a tub with a shower.

At the end of the corridor, you reach a corner balcony.



OUTDOOR AREAS

The property is completely fenced and privacy is protected by a hedge and in the garden you will find the large swimming pool with deckchairs for relaxing.

About 400 m away, as already mentioned, reachable on foot, are the beaches of Bardolino, perfect for relaxation and fun.

Up to 3 cars can be parked on the property next to the house.



Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is the ideal holiday destination all year round. In the largest lake in Italy you can, among other things, swim, surf and go sailing.

Bardolino is known for its restaurants, shops and events, always offering fun and unique experiences.

Many holidaymakers also take advantage of the opportunity to explore our beautiful mountains by bike or on foot.

Gardaland Resort, the well-known amusement park with numerous attractions, the Sea Life aquarium and Jumanji - the new adventure area which will open in 2022 - is only 20 km away.

Verona is 45 km away and Venice 150 km.
