The property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hottest months. From the living area, you can exit to the garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful panoramic view.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 beds. There is also an open kitchen with 4 gas rings and a kettle, making meal preparation convenient and easy. The property has a shower/bidet/WC and gas heating.
