Unique location and cozy interior. What else do you need for a fantastic vacation?Our apartment is located in a prestigious tourist area of ​​Tenerife located in Playa Paraíso. It has a large swimming pool and a cafe bar. With a small beach just 4 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot. We also have the Rosa Center shopping center right next door and a fantastic Spa, which you can hire separately. It is very close to countless shops, supermarkets, restaurants and day and night entertainment.
The apartment is very bright and with a nice style, with easy access, it has 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe, living room with air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony with views of the sea and the pool. It has capacity for up to 4 people, since we have a sofa bed in the living room. We also have a crib and high chair for guests who request it and come with a baby.

The accommodation is located in the well-known Marina Palace urbanization, which has a large swimming pool, garden areas, sports courts, billiards, leisure area, etc...

Days prior to your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the delivery of the keys to the apartment.

Located in Playa Paraíso, where the good weather always accompanies and close to the best beaches in Tenerife, you can move on foot both to the beach, and to the leisure, restaurant and supermarket areas located a few meters from the urbanization.

If you want to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. You can ask me about places you would like to visit. You can also rent a bike in the area.
