Welcome to Harmony, our modern flat in La Cala de Mijas, only 15 minutes drive from La Cala beach or Butibamba beach and only a few metres from La Cala Golf Club golf course. Only 20 minutes from Fuengirola and 30 minutes from Marbella by car.

This modern flat is located in the Urbanization Harmony. The flat is distributed on one floor with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and solarium and on the first floor the solarium.

The very bright living room with direct access to the terrace, has been decorated with retro style furniture, has a formidable chaise-longue sofa, a smart TV. The views from the living room are incredible, being able to enjoy the sea. The dining room has a wooden table with space for 6 people.

The open plan style kitchen is equipped with the best appliances, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils for everyday use, cutlery, glassware, crockery, table linen and pots and pans. Attached to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers and double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

The terrace is spacious and has been furnished with an outdoor table to enjoy fantastic lunches or dinners with family or friends.

The solarium with about 60 m2 has a chill-out area for relaxing moments and a hammock area for sunbathing.

The whole house has air conditioning and free wifi. With the house comes a free parking space.

In the community you will be able to enjoy landscaped areas and community swimming pools, one for adults and others for children (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability).
