The villa is located within walking distance of the sea, the beach and the village of Calahonda. La Casa Blanca is furnished in a contemporary and practical way. The spacious living room leads to the terrace where an awning provides the necessary shade. The 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathroom and terrace, have all comforts such as air conditioning and closets.

The private swimming pool (10m x 4m & open from 1/4 to 15/10) invites you for a refreshing dive. The sunbathing area in the pool is ideal for small children to play safely. You can enjoy a delicious BBQ in the enclosed garden or a summer aperitif in the garden lounge.
