Clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and rooms were all a great size. Check in was super easy and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely property in walking distance from the little town of Settle and of the River Ribble. There are many wonderful places to visit within a relatively short distance. There were just two of us on this trip but the single storey property would be great for families and friends as it has three bedrooms. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived there as the place has a calm atmosphere. This may also have been helped by the fact that this time the description was accurate, whereas the previous twice we have booked with Sykes were far from accurate. Further their customer service was very unhelpful and we had vowed not to use them again. This time the only downside was the lounge furniture which looks amazing but is not very comfortable. Other than that the converted barn is well appointed with a lovely well kept garden. Take care driving out of the property as the visibility is not too good from the right hand side.
