The location was perfect. It was close to where my tour started and the Duomo where my tour ended. There were lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The manager specifically sent me a list of restaurants that were close, where the local people eat. I appreciated that extra effort. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The lady at the registration desk was able to answer many of my questions. For an old person with limited computer skills, the registration process was a little complicated. I had to enter pictures of my passport and my fellow traveler’s passport. I had to pay the city tax using the registration app. This created some conflict between the manager and myself.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
We were disappointed the property was clearly not the one listed and pictured. Everything seemed off about it. See pictures below of the actual apartment we stayed in. There was mold on the ceiling - I was bumping my head on the ceiling and I am 5 5”. The balcony was a window and everything seemed unpermitted.
The location is great! The apartment was not really clean. There is years of dust on top of the ac and thermostat and baseboards. It needs some refinements and a simple coat of paint. The shower is the tiniest we have ever seen, so if you are a bigger person you will not fit through the door. We had a leak in the bathroom, contacted the host but the problem was never addressed. Overall it feels like a hostel.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
We had a DREADFUL experience at this studio! The studio itself is fine & the location is great. But there was an overpowering smell of air freshener in the room...that did not dissipate, even with the balcony doors left wide open for hours. We mentioned this strong smell to the property host several times but nothing was done to help us. We left the property after just one night (we were supposed to stay 3 nights)...both my friend and I were coughing & felt nauseous! In fact, she was coughing up black specks the next day :(
