Welcome to stay in a nice house with a lake plot, near the beautiful town of Hjo. The house is located at the bottom of the small road next to Mullsjön with a large lawn with fruit trees and the lake just below. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, warm days in a quiet child-friendly family area with some summer cottages and houses around. The accommodation is suitable for those who want to live in a quiet environment, enjoy swimming and wonderful excursions. Perfect for families with children, an elderly couple or you in company who want to experience nice environments, bathing places, lake Vättern and Mullsjön as well as the summer town of Hjo. The terrace goes around the whole house where you can sit and sunbathe or barbecue in the evening. You are welcomed into a bright hall with two smaller bedrooms to the left. Both bedrooms each have a bunk bed. The house is brightly furnished with homely décor and style. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with magnificent views towards the lake. In the kitchen there is a dining area with space for 4-6 people, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove with oven. In the large living room stands a large sofa with a table. Adjacent to this room is a small smaller room with TV corner. The sofa is a sofa bed of 140cm wide. Next door is a nice extension that was built in 2017 with great light, spotlight on the ceiling and with comfortable armchairs. In the garden there are apple trees and plums you are welcome to pick and eat. Below the house is a public place where people roam to go to the bathing area. You can swim here but the bottom can be a bit dingy. The larger bathing area is just under 1km from the house. There are bathing jetties, a sandy beach and it is shallow. There are also swings for the children. In the area there are fish-rich streams and lakes where a fishing license is required. The accommodation is not for youth groups under 25 or for companies. Hjo is called the wooden town by Lake Vättern. Here you can walk on nice cobbled streets, eat ice cream and check out handicrafts. The nature reserve Hjoåns Dalgång is beautiful with its nature, lush and green path. For those who like to fish, you should go to Hökensås and plenty of berries in the forests.
