Beautiful and bright flat of 75 m² in the wonderful village of La Caleta in the south of Tenerife. Unbeatable location on the coast, 400 metres from the sea. In an area with gastronomic variety where you can enjoy sunsets overlooking the island of La Gomera. It has capacity for 6 people.



It has a spacious master bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. Secondary bedroom with two single beds.



New kitchen, fully equipped, with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven. The living room has a sofa bed. It also has a nice terrace.



The complex also has a communal swimming pool, perfect to complement the stay in this brand new flat.



It also has WIFI, two televisions and washing machine.



In the surroundings of the flat, very close to it, there are several bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tourist activities services and it is also close to the bus stop of the famous water park Siam Park.

Our second time in this apartment, so close to the beach, restaurants, bars, swimming pool above the apartment, the AC was very welcome. More toiletries would be helpful

Great apartment but. Over a noisy restaurant

Apartment is well presented and has all you need for a great time in a good location. We have stayed before but there has been a change in the restaurant downstairs with overloud, cover songs on a continuous loop. Woken at 12.25 am on one occasion with their noise.

En referencia al alojamiento está bien, apartamento reformado, muy bien ubicado y cerca del mar. La mala experiencia que hemos tenido ha sido en relación con el uso de la piscina,debido a un vecino que estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el momento y llamando la atención continuamente a nuestros hijos simplemente por nadar y hablar.

Aufenthalt war gut Wohnung war gut nur die Balkonstühle waren gerissen und wurden auch nicht ersetzt.Das fanden wir nicht gut obwohl wir am 1. Anreisetag schon Bescheid gegeben hatten.Schade etwas mehr Service im Bereich der Kunden wäre toll.Ansonsten schöne Wohnung.
