Enjoy the best climate in the country at this beautiful, air-conditioned home, which is not only extremely comfortable but also has plenty of space to accommodate the whole family.
It’s located within a gated community with high security measures where your whole family can enjoy a semi-Olympic-sized pool with a wading area and a barbecue area with a thatched-roof pavilion.
The community is very close to convenience stores (Oxxo, Farmacias Guadalajara, etc.) and shopping centres.
The Accommodation
A comfortable three-bedroom house on two levels with air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room. It features a full kitchen and one and a half bathrooms, ready to welcome your entire family.

The house is located within a new area that’s very quiet since not all the homes have been delivered yet. Security is 24/7, making it a very safe area.
