Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Apartment.  The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the living room has a sofa comfortable for sleeping 5 people total.  The large living room is furnished with and couch, TV, cable, and Xbox. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all utensils and cookware and a dining table that seats 6.  Situated near the beach and just a 10 minute walk, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and nearby there is a natural fresh water sink hole that can be viewed from the property and is very beautiful to see!

Great Apartment

We just got home from a week stay. The apartment was beautiful. Lots of large sliding doors that opened onto the deck looking out to the jungle and cenote. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space for all four of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything for cooking meals and even had some spices and sugar. Luis was extremely attentive to anything additional we needed. The pool was great for the kids. We even saw monkeys! Location was convenient since we had a car and the OXXO up the road had enough selection to not have to drive to the grocery store when we wanted a snack. We spent one day at the resort with a day pass. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Shannon and her family are really nice and educated people. I love having guests like them as they value the place they are staying at and I am so glad that they had an enjoyable vacation at my property as well. They follow and respect the rules of the house thoroughly and when they left I found the apartment clean and organized. They are definitely welcome back any time and I will be very happy if they do! If they are planning to stay at your property, don't even hesitate to host them!
