Welcome to our beautiful Holiday Home in Newquay. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
3 bedroom Holiday Home, with plenty to offer giving stunning views of the valley from the decked balcony.
Fully equipped holiday home. You’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Located in Newquay Cornwall. This resort has plenty to offer with onsite corner shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pool (season permitting), cafe, park, clubhouse and restaurant. Just a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and ideal location for easy travel to top tourist attractions. Close by to the airport and easily accessible by car.
This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is an en-suite toilet and sink to bedroom 1.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay less stressful.

Amazing little break
Lovely and clean caravan in a great location, exactly what we needed. Lots of beaches that are short drives away and one about 20 mins walk. Took two dogs as well. Also had some scones and clotted cream on arrival which was lovely.

Relaxing family holiday
My wife, two children (13 & 10) and dog had a lovely stay at Valley View. The holiday home was very clean. We also really enjoyed the welcome package our hosts left for us. A lovely touch. The enclosed veranda was a big plus with the dog.
Whipsiderry beach nearby is probably our family's favourite beach from this holiday. I would recommend for families looking at having a nice relaxing hoilday within a short drive to Newquay.
