Welcome to Orange Beach House West! This 8-bedroom, 7.5-bath beachfront house is available for rent and sits directly on the white-sand beach, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This large luxury home comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests.

The first thing guests will love when entering this house is the gorgeous views from the open living space. This area features a large living room, a modern kitchen, and a dining table, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and bar seating. There are several comfortable seating options in the living room where everyone can enjoy the game or a movie on the flat-screen TV after a sun-filled day. The dining table provides ample seating and is perfect for enjoying any meal together.

When enjoying the views from the windows, you will surely want to venture outside and see all that the beautiful Gulf Coast has to offer. Walk out onto the raised deck or the upstairs balcony to overlook the stunning beach and waters. Here you will find abundant seating and, on the raised deck, a seasonally heated private pool. The kids will love playing in the pool, and the adults will enjoy floating with a cocktail while the sun sets! The outdoor grill is perfect for grilling hamburgers and hot dogs to enjoy on the deck while soaking up the sun. Of course, you will have to take a walk down to the sand on your private boardwalk access. Here, your whole group will love sun tanning, swimming in the waves, and crab hunting at night!

After a long day of fun in the sun, Orange Beach House West offers plenty of luxury and comfort in its sleeping areas. You will find the first two bedrooms on the first floor, both with king beds and twin-over-twin bunks. Both of these rooms have private bathrooms, and every room in the house has a TV! The second floor offers a cozy den, perfect for a kids' movie night. Also on this floor are 6 more luxurious bedrooms. Four of them are king bedrooms with private baths, and two of those have direct balcony access! The other two bedrooms are bunk rooms that share a bathroom. Each has 2 sets of bunks: a twin-over-twin and a full-over-full. These 8 bedrooms together provide ample sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to 28 guests! For a large group, up to 8 cars can be parked under the house, so parking isn't a worry. Come enjoy all of the fun and relaxation that Orange Beach has to offer in the perfect vacation home, Orange Beach House West!

My family enjoyed the house for the most part. The walls are very thin. So we had to implement quite time with the kids and teens. Lol. It had enough space for a family of 16 . It is a beautiful home. The beach access and the view each morning was the family's favorite I believe. Some maintenance with appliances, tvs, and connection are needed. We are discussing that with the manager now. The manager, Mary and Chris( I hope that was his name) the maintenance guy. They were awesome with helping get some things in order on Christmas Eve for us.

The property was large enough for the entire family. Each room was unique and accommodated the range of ages of each guest. Large open space and the number of appliances were assets for our group. The alarm on the door to pool was not working and the doors appeared to be broken and difficult to close. Window blinds in kids bedrooms were hard to raise and close. Overall, our trip was excellent. Location and size of property was wonderful.

Fabulous Family Trip

Our family had a great trip. This property was more than I expected. Plenty of room for all of us inside and out. All the rooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great. The location was right on the beach. Beautiful!! Highly recommend to everyone for your next beach vacation.

Dreamy Beach Home

From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was so comfortable and convenient. The home has plenty of room to enjoy. We celebrated my husband’s 60 th birthday with family. The double fridges, ovens, ice maker, coffee makers and more gave us the best kitchen for family lunches and dinners. The stores are close and great restaurants too. The beach was just steps away and beautiful. Having the small heated pool was great to relax in and by while enjoying the views of the ocean.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect and the pool was such a bonus. Would have gave this property 5 stars but I felt it was in need of attention when it came to the furniture also there were a few maintenance problems but I must say as soon as I called management they came immediately. I would definitely come back.

Alabama is the best vacation ever.

Large enough for all of us. On the beach-sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The fireworks on the 4th of July,were outstanding. Our own pool,that was cleaned mid-week. Enough seating for all our games.Bedrooms for all-with balconies for morning coffee,and evening wine. Will come again. BAP

Don’t bother if you want to kill roaches on your stay

Property manager was great, floors turned my feet black, had to kill roaches every day in the kitchen, stairs were broken and not repaired, floor had water damaged and not fixed, pool heater broken, the Smell in the house WOW had to wash clothes twice to remove smell when arrived home, old pots and pans falling apart I can go on and on BUT for 13,000 rent this house is not worth it.

Fun but a few flaws.

We have a list which will be communicated to you by my son. My input is based on my experience,as a disabled 77 year old woman. The elevator was great,as I cannot do stairs. However I think the addition of grab bars in the walk in showers,would be very wise. That is where the disabled will bathe,and there is nothing for us to hold onto. It is a fall waiting to happen. House very beautiful but many problems. The biggest problem was very low water pressure, like taking a shower in the rain. Broken chairs on top deck. (3 out of 4 chairs). Cabinet door broken in kitchen. House not cleaned very well. Stained bedspreads, covers on furniture.

We had a large group there for a golf trip and the house was great for the group. The house had clearly been repaired recently and wasn’t complete (loose treads on the stairs, tape on the floor covering a hole I guess). Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, they sent someone out and left a hotspot that did not work well. The TV was connected to the Wi-Fi (YouTube tv) so we were without that too. Overall nice place but for the price would’ve preferred a little more attention to the details.

Perfect spot on the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at the beach house. We had a few minor issues the first day, but they quickly sent someone out and fixed the problems. Cory was great! Very helpful and nice. The house is right on the beach. The pool is as shown. Small, but fun for the kids. The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need. The beds were comfy. The ice maker is useful for coolers. The elevator worked great. This house checked all our boxes for a family vacation with multiple people at various ages (8-72). The few cons are the WiFi didn’t work well all the time and the chairs at the dining table were uncomfortable. But these were very minor things. Overall, we had a great experience. Definitely recommend this house for a large group for vacation.

Amazing beach views

The Orange Beach house is in a wonderful location right on the beach. It is close to restaurants, shopping (actually within walking distance) and activities. It is in a small, secluded, quiet, safe area of homes. The house itself is wonderfully laid out and functional with 8 bedrooms, many baths, laundry, ice maker machine, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds , televisions in all rooms plus the upstairs sitting area. Plus private pool and boardwalk down to beach. Ample parking, we parked 5 autos. So many window to enjoy the amazing beach views. But I will say that the house as not as clean as we would have liked-maybe it was that days cleaning crew not doing a good job-but fingerprints on fridge, crumbs not wiped from lower kitchen cabinets, floors didn’t feel freshly cleaned. And, living area furniture seemed dated and needed cleaning. Downstairs curtains in living room also needed to be cleaned. Our family did enjoy our stay in OB and in your home.

Great location

This is a beautiful house! It accommodated all of our family very well. The ice machine was a game changer! There are some issues that need to be addressed by management. Some of the furniture needs to be cleaned, There were stains on drapes, there was furniture that had dirt stains on them that needed to be cleaned. Dirty towels were found upstairs, and a fingernail was left on the dresser. Some of the drawers in the bedroom dressers fell off, and the doorhandle to the balcony was about to fall off. This is a beautiful house and we love staying there but there needs to be some repairs and deep cleaning of this property. I had a huge issue between Beach service companies that created a big problem for me. I had called the management company and asked about beach service and they told me to google it. There was a beach service set up in front of the house and it turned into a huge confrontation with the company I had hired. If I’d known they were there I would have used them. All of that being said, we really enjoyed our week here and this is a beautiful house.

huge house and great location

First of all, the house was large enough to accommodate our 4 families - 9 adults and 7 children. The location is great, both with respect to the beach (easy access from the boardwalk) and restaurants, shopping etc... my 87 year old mother made good use of the elevator as she stayed on the 2nd floor since it had a walk-in shower. There were some downsides. First thing you see when you walk in is a hole in the floor covered with tape. Not a good impression. The furniture is badly stained and needs replacing. It was not as clean as it should be (don't look under the furniture), and the appliances need to be updated. Had to clean rust off the stove top to get the eyes to work, and one dishwasher didn't work at all while the other one took hours to complete the cycle. We called maintenance and they came right away, but told us there was nothing that could be done and that it was doubtful a new one could be installed before we left...which it wasn't...Tough on a large family that cooks and eats almost every meal in the house. For the amount of money we paid, at the very least the appliances should be in great shape. We rented it because of the large stove, 2 dishwashers, and 2 fridges (which did work well). Overall, the home needs updating but at the same time we enjoyed our week and were able to work around the problems.
