Spacious and cosy apartment in a three-family villa located in a quiet residential area of Palermo, at the foot of Monte Pellegrino.

Located on the basement level but very bright thanks to the glass-enclosed entrance and direct access to the private terrace and garden. Separate entrance for maximum privacy.

Outdoor areas: garden and pool shared with the owners. Seasonal pool (typically from late April/early May through September/October, depending on the weather).

Comprises 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen, a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, utensils), and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. All amenities are provided, including a washing machine. Sheets and towels are included.

Split-system air conditioning (heating and cooling) for all seasons.

Pets: The owners’ pets are present and accustomed to guests; outside pets are not allowed.

Ideal for comfort, tranquility, and liveable outdoor spaces, just a few minutes from the sea.
Airport shuttle available upon request for a fee.
